Do I have to be a Christian?
Not at all.
Rooted Conversation is grounded in my Christian faith, but every client is welcomed with respect and compassion. During your Rooted Journey Assessment, you'll choose how you would like faith incorporated into your coaching experience.
Is coaching the same as counseling?
No.
Coaching focuses on helping you move forward by identifying goals, building confidence, developing practical strategies, and creating lasting growth. It is not therapy or mental health treatment.
Are sessions confidential?
Absolutely.
Creating a safe and trusted environment is one of my highest priorities. Everything shared during coaching sessions remains confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
